Before making a reservation, please read the terms and conditions carefully, as your reservation is subject to the conditions detailed below. Payment for a reservation for any program or tour will constitute consent to all provisions of the terms and conditions set forth herein and is binding on all tours.
You must communicate with us through our communication channels before making any payment. A deposit of 50% per person is required for the tourist services chosen at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. After making the payment for the reservation, we will send you a confirmation email. Bear in mind that the reservation of the services to be contracted will only be confirmed after the corresponding email has been sent. This 50% prepayment can be made via our platform on the website: https://perou-cuzco-trek.com/ Wester Union, Link Digital or another platform of your choice. The transfer has a single corporate name and will be made in the name of PERU CUZCO TREK E.I.R.L
Bank and transfer taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of cancellation by the customer, it must be notified in writing to [email protected], keep in mind that the deposit is not refundable. Please state the reason for cancellation in your cancellation email as it may be covered by your insurance policy.
If the cancellation notification is received more than 15 days before departure, the customer will lose 50% of the deposit. From 15 to 7 days before departure, 50% of the amount of the tourist services reserved will be refunded if they have been canceled 100% in advance. Less than 48 hours before departure, no percentage of the cost of the reservation will be refunded.
Cancellations caused by Peru Cuzco Trek: In case of cancellation by Peru Cuzco Trek, the refund is 100% of your reservation.
Some of the Peru Cuzco Trek services have been designed to provide participants with exposure to the true nature of the environment being visited. Therefore, they involve an element of personal risk, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to the client, their property or others. The client understands that these risks simply cannot be eliminated without compromising the essential qualities of the activity and therefore assumes them as part of the tour. The customer undertakes to be aware of his physical and health condition and, therefore, decides to assume the aforementioned risks. The customer excludes Perou Cuzco Trek from any liability related to any accident or injury that may occur.
At all times, the decision of the guide or company representative will be final in all cases that may endanger the safety and well-being of the tour group. You must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
The customer must at all times strictly comply with the drug laws and regulations of Peru.
If the client does not comply with the above, or if the client interferes with the welfare of the group, the guide or company representative may order the client to leave the tour without any type of refund Peru Cuzco Trek or its representatives acting as a guide is not responsible for any damage, loss or death, if you wish to leave the tour by yourself or
get out of the way.
The client must always carry the original document or a copy of his valid passport, which he must have with him during the visit.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance which covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that you cover cancellations and lost luggage.
Peru Cuzco Trek directly operates some of the services included in the programs or tours, but also makes arrangements with airlines, hotels and other independent parties to provide you with the services you hire. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that organizations providing services maintain our quality standards. However, these parties are independent vendors over whom we do not have full direct control.
Therefore, we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, inconvenience, delay, etc.
If a client has a complaint against the company, the client must first inform the guide during the tour, so that the guide can try to correct the situation. Any other complaint must be made in writing to the company within 7 days of the end of the visit.
Jurisdiction for all claims or disputes shall be exclusively in Cusco, Peru, whose courts, using Peruvian law, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Claims for damages against you will be limited to the value of the particular item in dispute. Any liability is limited to the total price paid for the tour. In any case, the company expressly excludes all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses or expenses, including lost profits.
